“Whats For Dinner” | Postmates Social Campaign Spec
Creative Direction | Writer | Director
Built around the universal relationship question — “What’s for dinner?” — the project explored how small daily decisions can quietly become emotional friction points between couples.
The creative insight centered on the idea that solving this one recurring moment could actually feel like an act of care, comfort, and relationship maintenance.
The campaign launched through a cinematic hero film following one couple navigating the familiar exhaustion of modern life, balancing elevated visual storytelling with grounded, emotionally recognizable interactions designed to resonate with social-native audiences.
Beyond the film, the broader social strategy expanded into multiple couple stories and UGC-driven content featuring real people sharing their go-to comfort orders when they’re too tired to decide — creating a campaign ecosystem rooted in relatability, participation, and contemporary digital behavior.
The work reflects an approach to storytelling that combines emotional insight, social fluency, and polished visual craft while still feeling intimate, human, and culturally authentic online.
